Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Once a purchase has been completed and the digital files have been made available for download, no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be offered.

EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate purchase made in error

Technical issues preventing access to files that cannot be resolved by support
